VGW has occupied Grosvenor Place in Sydney since 2012. Headcount growth saw the company outgrow its half-floor tenancy and expand to a full floor, with refurbishment works creating a cohesive, vibrant workplace that reflects VGW's brand and strategic vision.

Cerulean was engaged early, immediately after the business case was approved, and supported VGW across the full set-up and delivery: the project functional brief, appointment of the project team and consultants, construction tendering and the Landlord approval process. Throughout, Cerulean worked closely with VGW's internal business units to ensure company and brand standards were met.
