Anna leads Cerulean's advisory input directly, working within the client's program governance and Steering Committee rhythm.

The engagement positions Cerulean as the independent voice across a complex, multi-partner program spanning design, technology, cost, property and people workstreams.

Key Scope

Independent program assurance: ongoing, impartial review of program budget, schedule, scope, resources and benefits, reporting directly to the Steering Committee and Program Sponsor
Development and delivery advisory: senior input on program structure, governance and the coordination of delivery partners across design, technology, cost planning and property
Independent oversight at key decision gates, including the functional brief, concept design and asset strategy
