Chase Market is Phase 1 of a holistic $300m redevelopment and positioning strategy for Chatswood Chase shopping mall. The new fresh food market redefines the centre for future audiences with an elevated offer of 70+ reformatted tenancies spread across a lower ground floorplate.  

Pre-existing circulation and orientation challenges were efficiently resolved through a reconfigured layout, while renegotiated tenancy agreements and reuse of existing structure enabled a more streamlined and expedient construction phase.
