As part of the Transit Oriented Development(TOD) corridor forming part of the 65 station Hyderabad Metro, commercial and retail hubs were planned at all station nodes, the Galleria mall being one such example.

Key CBD stations were anchored by 4 key commercial and retail mixed use precicnts, the Next Galleria Mall being the first project to achieve Practical Completion.

Key Outcomes:

Successful mall opening meeting revised deadlines (due to earlier project delays). Mitigation strategies included closure of pending design and constructability issues, tenant modifications closure and coordinated authority inspections for final certification.
Master Planning completed for a 300,000 sqm mixed-use (commercial & retail) precinct in Hi-Tech City.
