The Next Galleria Mall forms part of the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) corridor along Hyderabad's 65-station metro, where commercial and retail hubs were planned at station nodes across the network. Key CBD stations were anchored by four mixed-use precincts, with Next Galleria the first to reach Practical Completion.

As Development Manager, Anna led the delivery of the mall through to opening, alongside masterplanning for the wider precinct in Hi-Tech City.
