Cerulean was engaged in late 2025 to provide advisory services to a leading Australian financial institution in support of early planning for its Sydney 2030+ workplace programme. While the client remains confidential, the engagement sits at the front end of one of the more significant workplace decisions a large organisation makes.

Anna led Cerulean's advisory input directly, working within the client's group property planning rhythm and governance environment. The work centred on the early planning approach, governance setup and programme structuring for the Sydney 2030+ workplace strategy, with senior advisory input into the options assessment that supported the client's internal decision-making on programme direction and structure.

Through a specialist partner, Cerulean also provided peer review services covering design critique, floorplate and structure review, tenant flexibility advice, and peer review of the client briefing and performance standards.
