Colonial First State (CFS) renewed the lease at its Hawthorn workplace in Melbourne, prompting a refresh of the office. The repositioning was shaped by a sustainability strategy that reused existing workstations and chairs and repurposed loose furniture contributed by staff.

CFS first approached Cerulean off the back of the successful delivery of its Sydney workplace. With this project located in Melbourne, Cerulean delivered through a hybrid partner model.

The refurbishment focused on the reception, kitchen breakout and collaboration areas, with new lockers installed. The result was a transformative workplace that scored highly in CFS's staff survey.
