Cerulean is delivering a national programme of modular data centre deployments across Australia, engaged as client-side project manager by a specialist provider of prefabricated data centre infrastructure.

The client designs, engineers and manufactures purpose-built modules in its own facility, then delivers them to sites around the country for its end customers. Cerulean is engaged across a portfolio of concurrent deployments, each valued at approximately $3M, at multiple locations nationally.

Cerulean's role spans the interface between the factory and the site, coordinating manufacture, transport, installation and commissioning, and representing the client to its own end customers throughout. The portfolio is held as a whole, with programme, cost and stakeholder reporting managed centrally so that works are delivered concurrently rather than sequentially.
