PennyBlue, the hotel’s signature restaurant which blends bespoke joinery and interiorswith the building's rich history, was successfully delivered by our SeniorProject Manager Michelle Wing-Evans in her role as Lead Architect, at her previous organisationMake. Michelle led the detailed design and construction delivery of theproject.
