Allianz Australia are undertaking a major overhaul of their national workplace portfolio in keeping with their objectives to deliver a modern, reimagined, and fit-for-purpose workplace that is adaptable to current and future technology changes.

As Client-side Program & Project Manager, Cerulean's scope included the overall portfolio program strategy and the introduction and setup of a standardised Capital Delivery team for Allianz. In parallel, fitout projects in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane were supported and managed to achieve design and procurement milestones.

PMO framework established for Allianz's Capital Delivery function, providing a standardised governance and delivery model for the national portfolio
Portfolio Program completed and aligned to overall Allianz workplace objectives, including future-ready workplace adaptation to current and future technology changes
Head Contractors procured for Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane fitout projects, including procurement strategy development across all three sites.
