Project Lighthouse is a hybrid, mixed-use precinct bringing together public and private spaces, workplace and retail. The project formed part of the broader rejuvenation of the Darling Quarter precinct, transforming the existing buildings into the Client's Global Headquarters.

Anna's role encompassed complete client-side consulting across all aspects of delivery, including transaction negotiation and administration, functional briefing, design management, procurement, construction and commissioning. Anna also performed the role of Superintendent under the Construction Contract, representing the client throughout.

Complex functional brief spanning workplace, hospitality, event and broadcasting spaces and trading floors, created and managed through the full project lifecycle
Successful design management delivered on time and within budget, aligned to lease programme and client relocation targets across a complex refurbishment
Procurement and construction of South & North Buildings completed through the unprecedented challenges of Covid-19, with successful transition of client's executive team to the building
Extensive fitout works and infrastructure upgrades across all trades, coordinated with base building upgrades
Achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating, and 30% reduction in embodied carbon through strategic reuse of materials and infrastructure, 2,750 work points and 6,000 task chairs, making it the clients most sustainable fitout to date
