The design and construction of two sterile formulation and filling suites for BioCSL's Melbourne facility, delivered within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment requiring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice standards throughout all phases of delivery.

The scope included demolition, structural alterations, GMP cleanroom fitout and installation of new sterile manufacturing equipment, alongside mechanical and electrical services, a new HVAC system, plant room modifications and sterile process services.

Mark led delivery across all phases, coordinating a multidisciplinary team across a technically demanding and compliance-driven programme to achieve practical completion on time and within budget.
