Our client has undertaken a substantial transformation of its national commercial workplace portfolio to support its evolving hybrid work model, align with ESG commitments, and provide future-ready spaces that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

As Client-side Program and Project Director, Anna played a central role in shaping and delivering the portfolio strategy, implementing program-wide governance, and managing multiple high-value fitout and refurbishment projects across key metropolitan locations in Australia and Asia.

Key Scope Areas

Portfolio Program Oversight: strategic program management across a $600M+ portfolio of 12 sites, inclusive of global sites in Australia, India and Japan.
Governance and PMO establishment: set up delivery frameworks to standardise project reporting, approvals and risk management.
Project Delivery: client-side project management and superintendency across major fitout and refurbishment projects, from transaction negotiation and functional briefing through design management, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Sustainability: embodied carbon planning, reporting and materials reuse strategies across key assets.

Key Outcomes

Delivered 12 major projects in one year, with 6 Practical Completions achieved despite pandemic-related disruptions.
Achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating and a 30% reduction in embodied carbon on the Sydney headquarters through strategic reuse of materials and infrastructure, delivering 2,750 work points and making it the client's most sustainable fitout to date.
Planned a complex, five-tranche refurbishment of a 14-floor corporate head office in a live, occupied building, coordinated in parallel with the Landlord's on-floor works programme.
Supported the client's sustainability agenda through embodied carbon planning and reporting for key assets.
Created repeatable delivery tools and templates to enable portfolio-wide consistency and value optimisation.
