As part of the Nepean Hospital Redevelopment, Health Infrastructure initiated the $6.5M relocation and rebuild of the Somerset Cottage Childcare Centre at Kingswood. The works moved the existing centre into a new, purpose-built facility on the campus, providing care for 68 children aged from birth to six years.

The 800 sqm building, seven parking spaces and a 545 sqm playground were delivered to a high standard, with landscaped gardens, soft-fall safety surfaces and timber decking, and play equipment including a cubby house, embankment slide and sandpit shaded by sails.
