The acquisition of Colonial First State (CFS) by investment firm KKR in 2021, led to the CFS workplace being setup independently at 400 George Street in Sydney.

The fitout benefited from a recent refurbishment by previous asset owners, whereby CFS could sustainability repurpose substantial existing furniture & infrastructure with brand new client facing facilities on Level 15. The overall fitout spanned 7 floors with new interconnecting stairways: mechanical, electrical and fire systems upgrades.

Key Outcomes:

Refurbish and reuse of a majority of workstations and chairs across all floors, meeting rooms reused with refreshed finishes and technology.
New Main Computer Room on Level 15 to cater to 800+ employees delivered to a new Client network and Audio-Visual environment.
Live environment works successfully delivered to meet the clients lease expiry targets.
