The acquisition of Colonial First State (CFS) by investment firm KKR in 2021 led to CFS establishing its workplace independently at 400 George Street, Sydney.

The fitout benefited from a recent refurbishment by previous asset owners, enabling CFS to sustainably repurpose substantial existing furniture and infrastructure alongside brand new client-facing facilities on Level 15.

The overall fitout spanned seven floors with new interconnecting stairways and mechanical, electrical and fire systems upgrades. Anna led the account nationally while Patrick served as Project Director for the project. Cerulean was subsequently re-engaged in 2024 for a restack strategy and Melbourne refurbishment, reflecting an ongoing and trusted client relationship.
