The Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) operated by Accor was developed as the first International Convention Centre in India, by Emaar Dubai (in collaboration with the Indian Government).

HICC is a purpose built, state of art convention facility, the main hall accommodating 6,000 occupants, further divisible into six halls. Ancillary facilities include translation booths, flexible meeting and breakout spaces.

Key Outcomes

The project was completed in a record breaking 14 months that included deep rock blast excavation, building and external works including the final fitout and commissioning.
The Development management team actively managed operator selection, design, authorities, event teams & investment reporting with positive cost and time outcomes.
