Allianz's new corporate office at 555 Collins Street, Melbourne comprises five floors of contemporary workplace across approximately 6,500 sqm, delivering a high-quality work environment aligned to the insurer's operational and sustainability objectives.

Seconded client-side to Allianz as Senior Project Manager, Mark led the full delivery of the project, managing all phases from construction through to operational readiness, relocation, go-live and project closeout.

He worked closely with key stakeholders, consultants and contractors to keep programme, budget and quality aligned throughout.
