Exyte GmbH is a global design, engineering, procurement and construction conglomerate specialising in technically demanding facilities across the pharmaceutical, semiconductor and advanced technology sectors.

In a senior internal design management role, Anna led architectural design delivery across multiple simultaneous global programmes, managing the architectural team and ensuring design quality and consistency across geographically dispersed projects.

The role spanned pharmaceutical and semiconductor projects across Singapore, China, the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States, with Anna driving improvements to design workflow, quality assurance processes and visualisation capability across the practice.

Mundi Pharma, Singapore: Design management of an 8,000 sqm pharmaceutical facility for Betadine manufacture, delivering 30–100% design deliverables using Revit and Navisworks. Client satisfaction increased from 40% to 90% within 12 months.
Semiconductor Fabrication, Global: IFT deliverable management across projects in China, UK, Ireland and USA, introducing a new QA process workflow using Bluebeam and structured checklists, achieving a first-time acceptance rate of 95%.
