Cerulean was appointed in 2026 to provide program and project management services. Our approach establishes the program framework, including the baseline, prioritisation, procurement strategy and reporting, while critical and in-flight projects continue to be delivered in parallel.
Anna leads the program for Cerulean, with an established New Zealand delivery partner supporting the NZ sites.
