Darling Square Apartments form the residential heart of one of Sydney’s most ambitious urban renewal precincts. Located on the former Sydney Entertainment Centre site, these residences redefine CBD living by integrating community, convenience, and contemporary architecture.

The project includes 1,500 high-quality apartments across six distinct buildings—including Darling North, Darling One, Barker House, and St Leon. Each building features a unique architectural identity, with design led by firms such as Fjcstudio and Tzannes, and interiors shaped for urban comfort and liveability.

The apartments are set among a network of activated laneways, public plazas, and dining destinations. With smart layouts, access to shared podium gardens, and secure resident amenities, Darling Square establishes a vertical village model within Sydney’s city core.
