Novotel Hyderabad HICC marked the entry of Accor into the Indian market. A brand-new 300 room business hotel, it sits alongside the Hyderabad International Convention Centre, to which it is seamlessly linked, and remains a preferred business and events destination with multiple dining and entertainment offerings 20 years on.

Developed as the first joint venture between the governments of India and the UAE and delivered as a public-private partnership, the hotel was completed in ahead of programme. It was also among the first projects in the region to embrace modular construction, incorporating bathroom pods prefabricated in Malaysia and a modular dry stone-cladding façade system.

As Assistant Development Manager, Anna’s involvement spanned every stage of the project, from development feasibility and pre-construction design management through contractor procurement, contract administration, and operator management and coordination.
