Across its residential business, Emaar has perfected the golf course community as a flagship typology, and the 500-acre Boulder Hills stands as a prime example.

At the heart of the development sits a 200-acre, 18-hole championship golf course, ringed by Spanish-Mediterranean villas and flanked in turn by mid- to high-rise apartments and business parks, a fully integrated lifestyle precinct conceived as a destination in its own right.

As Assistant Development Manager, Anna’s scope spanned feasibility, design, approvals, procurement and delivery, working across a globally distributed design and stakeholder environment to bring the community’s signature first phase to market.

Delivered the feasibility, design, approvals, procurement and construction of the Golf Course, Signature Villas, Country Club and Street of Dreams, the first phase that kickstarted the phased marketing and sales campaign for the wider 500-acre community.
Coordinated design teams across the USA, Switzerland, Dubai and India, managing the interfaces of a globally distributed consultant base to align every discipline with Emaar’s space guidelines and development targets.
