The fitout and refurbishment of CBRE's Sydney head office across three levels at 363 George Street delivered a deliberate and sophisticated interplay of form, material and light, reflecting CBRE's dynamism, diversity and leadership across the commercial, residential and industrial real estate sectors.

The project capitalises on the building's central core and panoramic views, drawing the energy and skyline of the city deep into the heart of the workplace.

A significant aspect of the project was the removal of an existing stair structure between the Level 19 and Level 21 tenancies, cutting a new penetration in the existing slab and installation of new feature stairs to seamlessly connect the three levels.

Patrick served as Project Lead across the full delivery of the project, responsible for management of the functional brief, design coordination, procurement, construction management and stakeholder engagement through to completion.
