Barings relocated and expanded its Sydney office following the acquisition of another business. By taking on the lease of the adjoining tenancy, Barings brought both businesses together into a single, larger workplace operating as one.

As Project Lead, Patrick delivered the extension within a live environment, separating and partitioning the existing office from the building works so the business could operate normally throughout. The comms room upgrade was carefully planned and sequenced to avoid any disruption to business as usual.

The refurbishment introduced a new secondary entrance, lockers, a refresh point, additional workstations and collaboration areas, all designed to connect seamlessly with the existing fit-out so the expanded office reads as one cohesive space.
