The Allianz Sydney headquarters relocation saw the business move into a new premium over-station development in the heart of Sydney. The Allianz office was delivered as an integrated fitout as part of the broader precinct construction.

Working directly embedded within the Allianz project team as Project Lead, Patrick's role encompassed client-side consulting across functional briefing, design management, procurement, construction and commissioning, alongside coordination of intra-company procedures and global policies across digital and technology, and people and change management workstreams.

  • Delivery of a detailed and structured workplace functional brief, actively managed and integrated throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Successful navigation of significant programme disruption caused by Covid-19 mid-construction, maintaining client outcomes within programme and budget
