City of Ryde Council's workplace transformation programme consolidates multiple office locations into a single, modern headquarters at Macquarie Park. Delivered in two stages totalling 5,000–6,000m² NLA, the new workspace is inclusive, collaborative and sustainable, reflecting Council's organisational values and long-term operational goals. It includes the relocation of Customer Service facilities, Council Chambers, and Mayor and Councillor offices.

Cerulean has been appointed by Council to provide Project Management Services to support delivery, with Pat as Project Lead and Jacob supporting as Assistant Project Manager.

The new workspace is designed to support hybrid working, promote staff engagement and enable efficient service delivery to the community.
