The project is a hybrid, mixed-use precinct, that brings together public and private spaces, forming part of the overall rejuvenation of the surrounding urban precinct, transformed into the Client’s Global Headquarters.

The Project Manager’s role encompassed client-side consulting in all aspects; transaction negotiation and administration, functional briefing and delivery (design, procurement, construction & commissioning). In addition, Anna performed the role of Superintendent under the Construction Contract, representing the Client.

Key Outcomes:

  • Complex functional brief (workplace, hospitality, event & broadcasting spaces and trading floors) created and managed through project lifecycle that met stakeholder needs.
  • Successful design management (on time, within budget) aligned to lease program, to meet the client’s relocation targets, in a complex refurbishment project.
  • Procurement & construction of Buildings 01 & 02 completed through unprecedented challenges of Covid 19, with the successful transition of the Client’s executive team to the building.
  • Extensive integrated fitout services infrastructure upgrades across all trades coordinated with base building upgrades.
