Working on behalf of the Landlord the project was part of a strategic building upgrade to attract potential new tenants with the intent to establish a strong precinct identity for the building leveraging of its location and amenity offering.

Consisting of a 2000sqm spec fitout, 8000 sqm of complete makegood, brand new amenities and lobbies as well as the separation of four interconnected floors with the removal of the internal stair case and infill of voids.

The Project Manager’s role involved many aspects of client-side consulting primarily focusing on the functional briefing and project delivery (design, procurement, construction & commissioning). Other duties involved representing the client by performing the role of Superintendent under the Construction Contract.

Key Outcomes

  • Carefully considered workplace functional brief (developed in consultation with the Landlord and Leasing Agents) and managed through project lifecycle that met envisioned needs.
  • Successful design management (on time, within budget) to meet the client’s return to market programme in a complex refurbishment project.
  • Procurement & construction of multiple spec fit outs and complex refurbishment projects: large stair and void infills across multiple floors, lobby and amenities upgrades including in live environments, completed with the successfully to the clients return to market event launches.
  • Extensive integrated base building services upgrades successfully coordinated.
