Her insights echoed through Project Erskine, Cerulean’s ongoing transformation of the former Bank of China building into a 152-key boutique hotel in Sydney’s CBD. With food & beverage venues on the ground and rooftop levels, the project is a vibrant example of adaptive reuse, urban activation, and carefully curated guest experience—hallmarks of modern precinct-making.
