Samira is a Project Manager with experience across workplace, residential, hospitality, health and education projects in Australia and internationally. Her background in architectural design gives her a strong foundation in design intelligence and spatial thinking, which she brings directly to her project management practice across the full project lifecycle.
Her professional experience spans architectural design, workplace delivery, development feasibility analysis, consultant coordination, procurement support and project management, giving her a well-rounded capability across both the design and delivery sides of complex projects.
Samira has hands-on PMO experience across major workplace transformation programmes, including active involvement in the delivery of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank's national portfolio programme across 10 sites. Her role spans programme coordination, stakeholder coordination, consultant management, procurement support and reporting, giving her practical exposure to the demands of a large, multi-site workplace programme at pace.
