Richard Bradley

Richard joins Cerulean as Advisory Chair, bringing more than four decades of international experience across property development, construction and commercial management. Alongside his current work as Associate Director at a leading Development Firm, Richard brings a senior strategic perspective to Cerulean's leadership as the firm enters its next stage of growth.

Richard has held Development Director roles at Lendlease, Mirvac, Avenor and Leighton Properties, leading the planning, design and delivery of major commercial, mixed-use and residential developments in Australia and across the Asia Pacific region. Most notably, he was Development Director for Paya Lebar Quarter in Singapore, a $3.7 billion mixed-use development that transformed a historical district into one of the city's most progressive business hubs, and was instrumental in delivering the new Shaw Tower on Beach Road. Closer to home, Richard led the planning, design and development of a new commercial office tower in Sydney's CBD, adding to a long list of significant contributions to the city's evolving skyline.

Earlier in his career, Richard spent more than 15 years on the contractor side at Multiplex and Leighton Contractors, building deep commercial and contract management expertise on complex projects internationally. Having sat on the developer, contractor and now advisory side of the table, Richard brings an unusually complete view of how projects come together, where they go wrong, and what makes them succeed.

In his role as Advisory Chair, Richard works closely with the Cerulean leadership team, providing the strategic counsel and commercial rigour needed to scale the firm with confidence. His focus is on shaping Cerulean's next chapter, strengthening its foundations, broadening its capability, and positioning it to take on the opportunities that growth makes possible.
