Michelle joined Cerulean in 2024 with over a decade of experience delivering complex workplace, hospitality and heritage projects across Australia and internationally. Her architectural background gives her a genuine design sensibility and a strong focus on delivering best-in-class outcomes across all stages, from concept through to completion and operator handover.

Her international experience includes the award-winning refurbishment of HSBC Private Bank's headquarters in Geneva, transforming seven structurally independent heritage buildings into a unified client-facing workplace, balancing brand standards, heritage constraints and stringent environmental requirements across a technically demanding multi-building delivery.

In Australia, Michelle spent eight years leading the design and redevelopment of Sydney's Sandstone Precinct, transforming a state-listed heritage building into Capella Sydney, named best new hotel globally in 2023, requiring sustained management of complex heritage, statutory approval and stakeholder interfaces across an extended programme. Her hospitality experience extends across multiple brands and typologies, including, most recently, projects for Hilton and Marriott.
