Mark joined Cerulean in 2025, bringing over 14 years of international project management and property experience across corporate, government, industrial, and commercial sectors in Australia and the UK.

He has successfully delivered complex, multi-million-dollar fitouts, redevelopments, and operational projects under both Design & Build and traditional procurement models.

Mark’s expertise spans end-to-end project delivery, from business case and feasibility to construction, commissioning, and handover, with a focus on stakeholder engagement, governance, and risk management. His proven ability to coordinate diverse consultant and contractor teams ensures quality, cost, and programme outcomes for clients.

He has worked in client-side roles with Allianz, Australia Post, Cushman & Wakefield, and BHP, delivering secure, high-quality workplace and industrial environments consistent with national standards and sustainability objectives.

Mark believes the key to successful delivery lies in clarity, accountability, and collaboration, ensuring every project is executed with precision and professionalism.
