Mark joined Cerulean in 2025 with over 14 years of project management experience across Australia and the UK, delivering complex fitouts, redevelopments and operational projects across corporate, government, industrial and commercial sectors.

His experience spans both Design and Construct and traditional procurement models, with a track record of end-to-end delivery from feasibility through to handover. Mark's strength lies in coordinating diverse project teams while maintaining clear accountability across programme, cost and quality, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, governance and risk management.

Mark brings direct client-side experience with Allianz, Australia Post, Cushman & Wakefield and BHP, having delivered secure, high-quality workplace and industrial environments consistent with national standards and sustainability objectives across Melbourne and beyond.
