George has over a decade of experience across construction, property and project management, a combination of client-side advisory, contractor-side delivery and development experience. He has worked across projects in the residential, education, government, commercial, energy and infrastructure sectors, with experience spanning early project development, procurement, design, contract administration and delivery.

George provides client-side project management and advisory services across major capital works and development programs. His experience working directly for constructioncontractors gives him a practical understanding of project delivery from bothsides of the client-contractor relationship, and an appreciation of theimportance of clear procurement strategies, robust commercial management, early risk identification and collaborative stakeholder relationships in achieving successful project outcomes.

George takes a practical and structured approach to project management, with a focus on understanding the client's objectives, identifyingissues early and bringing clarity to complex projects. He is particularly interested in working collaboratively with clients and project teams tonavigate challenges, manage risk and deliver projects that achieve strongcommercial and practical outcomes.
