Daiany Moreira is the Operations Manager at Cerulean, responsible for supporting the firm’s operational performance, financial coordination and business systems.
Working closely with Cerulean’s leadership team, Daiany manages core operational processes including client invoicing, consultant payment coordination, financial tracking and internal reporting. Her role ensures the commercial and administrative frameworks supporting Cerulean’s projects operate efficiently and transparently.
Daiany also contributes to the preparation of tenders, panel submissions and capability materials, while coordinating marketing initiatives, industry engagement activities and internal documentation systems. Through this work she supports the continued growth of the business and the strengthening of Cerulean’s relationships with clients and collaborators.
Originally trained as a civil engineer, Daiany brings experience in project coordination, cost control and documentation management within the built environment sector. Her background in construction project delivery provides a practical understanding of project workflows, financial tracking and stakeholder coordination.
With a strong systems mindset and attention to detail, Daiany focuses on improving operational processes and implementing structured systems that allow Cerulean’s project teams to focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
