Daiany is Cerulean's Operations Manager, responsible for the firm's operational performance, financial coordination and business systems. Working closely with the leadership team, she manages core processes including client invoicing, consultant payment coordination, financial tracking and internal reporting, ensuring the commercial and administrative frameworks supporting Cerulean's projects operate efficiently and transparently.

Beyond day-to-day operations, Daiany contributes to tender preparation, panel submissions, capability materials and marketing initiatives, supporting the continued growth of the business and Cerulean's relationships with clients and collaborators.

Originally trained as a civil engineer, Daiany brings a practical understanding of project workflows, cost control and documentation management within the built environment. Her technical background, combined with a strong systems mindset, drives her focus on improving operational processes and implementing structured systems that allow Cerulean's project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
