Bob brings more than four decades of commercial architecture experience to Cerulean, along with a rare ability to see projects clearly from every side of the table. Since establishing his own practice in 2016, he has focused on Architectural Advisory, Peer Review and Due Diligence services, quietly partnering with major tenants, developers, councils and fellow architects to lift the quality of outcomes on some of Australia's most significant built projects.

Earlier in his career, Bob held senior roles at Jackson Teece Chesterman and Willis, Tanner Architects, Cox Richardson Taylor and Crone Partners, where he spent more than a decade as Project Director. That depth of practice spans project initiation, DA and schematic design, City of Sydney approvals, documentation and delivery, giving his advisory work an unusually grounded perspective.

Bob's recent work spans some of the country's most ambitious workplace and mixed-use developments. He has represented the Commonwealth Bank across more than 25 tender and design reviews, advised GPT on the redevelopment of Cockle Bay, and provided design advisory and peer review for Rio Tinto's Brisbane head office. He has also led due diligence on landmark projects including Atlassian Headquarters, Central Place Sydney and Mirvac's Harbourside redevelopment. To date, the projects he has reviewed total more than 2.35 million square metres of NLA.

For Cerulean, Bob lends an independent, expert eye. He interrogates design, planning and documentation to find opportunities for uplift, pre-empt risk, and align outcomes with our clients' deeper ambitions.
